Need help with SuperLM? We're here to assist. This page explains how to reach us, what we can help with, and how quickly you can expect a response.

For any questions, issues, or feedback, email us at neeraj@basedworks.co. Please include your browser type and version, the version of SuperLM you're using, and a brief description of the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings help us resolve problems faster.

We aim to respond to all support emails within 24–48 hours. Response times may be slightly longer on weekends or public holidays.

We can help with:

Installation and setup issues, problems importing content into NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity, bugs or unexpected behavior in the Extension, questions about premium features and your subscription, billing issues related to your subscription via Dodo Payments, refund requests within the eligible 7-day window, and general feedback or feature requests.

For billing or subscription issues, please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your subscription quickly.

If you're reporting a bug, it helps to mention which website you were using SuperLM on when the issue occurred, since the Extension interacts differently with each supported platform.
